At MedicAnimal, we want you and your pet to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item isn't the right fit, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused apparel with all original tags attached into the shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
